Back Ribs
One of our favorite cuts to smoke on our ranch. This slab of ribs comes from the same bones as our Bone-In Ribeye steaks. Once the rib roast is removed, this tender slab of ribs is what remains. The meat is found in-between the bones on this cut. Approximately 3 lbs. per slab.
